You can use all modern web-related technologies with the 4D Web server.
To go further, we recommend that you refer to the documentation; more specifically, the sections concerning session management, forms, the integration of frameworks, and all the elements necessary for a Web site.
One major concept that you must implement is the 4DINCLUDE tag, which lets you always send the same page while managing its contents through this tag. If you have a good mastery of internet tools, you can also use the Javascript XmlHttpRequest command, which lets you make your site fully Web 2.0 compatible.
With generic code, and by calling existing methods from your web connection method, you'll save a lot of time by reusing code that you've already written (query methods, as well as methods for adding, deleting, checking, and so on).
