PV GET FORMAT LIST ( area ; formats ; strings )

area  Longint in 4D View area
formats  Longint array in Format IDs array
strings  String array in Format strings array

The PV GET FORMAT LIST command gets in arrays formats and strings, the IDs and strings for each format present in area.
