The primary task of the _o_OCICleanUp command is to free up memory used by objects within the plug-in, particularly potentially large objects created during Binds and Defines.

Note: This command is obsolete and should not be used. Instead you can use OCIHandleFree and pass the OCI environment handle (envhp).
