A constante "pv pane relative scroll" se utiliza unicamente com os comandos de escritura (PV SET PANE PROPERTY...).

Note that scrolling in pixels is adjusted so that the upper-most row of the area is not truncated horizontally. This property is inactive when the area is in "frozen pane" mode.
