PV Is all selected ( area ) -> Function result 
Parameter Type   Description
area  Longint in 4D View area
Function result  Integer in 0 = Not selected, 1 = Selected

The PV Is all selected command returns 1 if the set of cells of area is selected. Otherwise, 0 is returned.
