ODBC_SQLNumParams 


 

ODBC_SQLNumParams ( stmtID ; parameterCount ) -> Function result 
Parameter Type   Description
stmtID  Longint in Statement ID
parameterCount  Longint in Number of parameters in the statement
Function result  Longint in Returns the result of the MS ODBC API function SQLNumParams

The ODBC_SQLNumParams command returns the number of parameters in an SQL statement.

stmtID is a valid statement ID returned by ODBC_SQLAllocStmt.

parameterCount is the number of parameters in the statement specified by stmtID.

SQL_SUCCESS, SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO, SQL_STILL_EXECUTING, SQL_ERROR, or SQL_INVALID_HANDLE.
