Compatibility Notes: 
_o_AP Save BMP 8 bits saves any 4D picture variable in a regular 8-bit BMP picture (256 colors and no compression). If an identically named file is located where you want to save the picture, it is replaced without warning. This command works on both Macintosh and Windows platforms.
If the operation is successfully completed, the function returns 0; otherwise, it returns a negative error code.
